I am Dr. Shuchi Sharma, an ICF Certified Leadership Development and Executive Coach.

In a career spanning more than 24 years of experience of Corporate and Coaching environments, of working with high performing executives, I have had the privilege of helping professionals across industries unlock their leadership potential, overcome challenges, and achieve sustained success. 

I am an ICF credentialed Associated Certified Coach ACC, with domain experience of IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Academics and Management of Higher Education Institutions. I am also the author of a textbook on “Organizational Behaviour” published by Tata McGraw Hill.
